February 24-28

This week we celebrated Dr. Seuss. We read many books written by Dr. Seuss, our class favorite is "Green Eggs and Ham."

Dr. Seuss uses lots of rhyming words in his books. We reviewed rhyming and practiced our rhyming skills through many different activities. We read "There's a wocket in my pocket" and created our own wocket characters.

We also made cat in the hat hats, had crazy sock day, and made a special cat in the hat snack.

We had a fun week of learning about Dr. Seuss!
