Reflections on Adora's TED talk...

Wow, what an amazing kid she is.

The one thing that really stuck with me is the thought that kids and teachers should continually be learning from each other. I think sometimes as teachers we forget that we are also learners. 

This school year I am going to focus on really listening to my kids ideas. Most 4 yr olds have an incredible imagination and think anything is possible. I'm not going to be as quick to dismiss their suggestions and really take the time to think, is this possible and how can we accomplish it?
